These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, coaching programs, digital products, educational materials, and any related offerings provided by The Inner Theory ("The Inner Theory", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing our website, purchasing a product, booking a coaching session, participating in a cohort program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence to access or purchase our services.

By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products and Services

The Inner Theory provides educational and personal development services, including but not limited to:

• One-on-one coaching and mentoring
• Digital guides and educational resources
• Templates, frameworks, worksheets, and downloadable materials
• Cohort-based programs and workshops
• Future educational products and services

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time without prior notice.

4. Coaching Disclaimer

The Inner Theory provides coaching, mentoring, educational content, and personal development guidance only.

We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, counsellors, physicians, registered healthcare practitioners, financial advisors, or legal professionals.

Nothing provided through our services constitutes:

• Medical advice
• Mental health treatment
• Therapy or counselling
• Diagnosis or treatment of any condition
• Legal advice
• Financial advice

Any decisions made based on information provided through our services are solely your responsibility.

If you require medical, psychological, legal, or financial assistance, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

5. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
• Coaching is a collaborative process and requires your active participation.
• Advice, recommendations, frameworks, and strategies are educational in nature.
• Your results depend on factors including effort, consistency, implementation, environment, personal circumstances, and other variables outside our control.

No specific outcome, transformation, achievement, productivity improvement, business result, lifestyle change, or personal result is guaranteed.

6. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Coaching sessions may be booked up to thirty (30) days in advance through our booking system.

Clients may cancel a coaching session with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments cancelled with the required notice are eligible for a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled session.

Appointments cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund. The Inner Theory may, at its sole discretion, offer a rescheduled session.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may be treated as a forfeited session and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds for coaching sessions are available only when cancellation requirements outlined in these Terms are met.

All digital products are final sale. This includes but is not limited to templates, guides, worksheets, downloads, educational materials, digital courses, and cohort program materials.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for digital products once purchased.

Because coaching outcomes depend on individual implementation and circumstances, dissatisfaction with recommendations, strategies, guidance, or advice does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us so we can work together toward a reasonable resolution.

8. Cohort Programs

From time to time, The Inner Theory may offer group coaching programs, workshops, cohort experiences, and similar educational offerings.

Participants agree to:

• Treat all participants respectfully.
• Maintain professionalism and appropriate conduct.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their conduct negatively impacts other participants or interferes with the operation of the program.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by The Inner Theory is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Coaching frameworks
• Templates
• Worksheets
• Guides
• Presentations
• Videos
• Program materials
• Cohort resources
• Website content
• Branding
• Logos
• Written content

Purchasing a product or service grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, resell, license, share, upload, modify, or create derivative works from any materials provided by The Inner Theory without prior written permission.

Materials may not be shared with teams, organizations, businesses, clients, colleagues, friends, family members, or any third party.

10. International Users

The Inner Theory's services may be accessed from anywhere in the world.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with the operation of the website.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Copy or scrape content without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Inner Theory, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of our services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Inner Theory and its affiliates, directors, officers, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the services, violation of applicable law, or any claim arising from your actions or omissions.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
